Dual Recovery Solutions (DRS) is an operations management and mineral processing solutions company registered in South Africa. This policy explains how we handle personal information submitted through this website, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).
What we collect
When you use our contact form we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, email address, company, phone number (optional) and the content of your message. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels or analytics that profile individual visitors.
How we use it
Information submitted through the contact form is emailed to our team inbox (info@dualrecovery.solutions) and used solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are retained only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, after which they are deleted in the ordinary course of mailbox housekeeping.
Hosting
This website is hosted on Vercel, whose infrastructure may process standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) to serve and secure the site. Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing info@dualrecovery.solutions. If you believe your information has been mishandled, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the South African Information Regulator.
